Hank's being going to Camp Bow Wow Tampa since the beginning of the year. He's uncontrollable and SO excited when I tell him he's going to daycare and see all his friends. Even at 5 years old, he's full of energy and loves to play. Every single one of the employees are absolutely wonderful. They provide personal attention which hank craves. They are all certified unlike any other facility in the tampa bay area which I LOVE!! Every breed is welcomed with good behavior which was important to me since Hank is a pit. Sometimes people have a false pretense about them and they welcomed my little buddy with open arms. I can't say enough about this facility and staff!! They are absolutely wonderful and if someone else says different, look at their other reviews because chances are they are just a complainer to begin with. Hank is my WORLD and trust them without any reservations!! This place ROCKS!!

Poor Managment and not enough staff
I have been using Camp Bow Wow for about 6 months now and I am about to remove my dog from that facility. The owner is never there and doesn't care about the dogs only money in the door. Doesn't even know my name or my dog's name. Ever since new management change camp has gone down hill. No one that my dog is used to is still there. All left within 2 months of each other. Wonder why? The old management team seemed to have it together and knew how to run the place right. Not to mention I pay high dollar amount for my dog to be playing and I don't see her as much in the yard from time to time as well as the other dogs, too. I only see a camp counselor pop on camera about every 30 minutes. They charge a ridiculous amount of money for a full day of daycare and you can only come between certain hours for half day which can be inconvenient if I'm going to school that doesn't fit the schedule of camp's half day. Checked out another place and you can come anytime for 6 hours for half day and they are cheaper. Play yards at this new place is bigger. Camp's yards can be swarmed with dogs everywhere with no room to run which can make my dog very frustrated and uncomfortable and I'm sure others feel this way, too. Just recently I went on to the webcams to check on my dog and only found 1 person watching 2 yards and counted 14 dogs in one yard and 16 in the opposite yard. That's 30 dogs being watched by 1 person. 1 person can't possibly carefully watch all those dogs. Something is bound to happen.
