    DO NOT RECOMMEND

We boarded our dogs for 2 nights. We have a large (60lbs) and a small (14lbs) dogs. When I checked them in, I have specifically told the staff to not put them both together with other dogs for the obvious reason - I do not want my little dog to be hurt by other larger dogs or my large dog to accidentally hurt the little ones. What did I see when I checked them on the camera? They were both together with a large group of mixed sizes dogs! When I contacted the owner, I was told that my large dog was a little shy to be around big dogs, so they put him with the smaller dogs. I knew that was not the case because I was worried about my little dog getting hurt by the larger dogs at the time I checked on them.

Secondly, I was shocked to see 2 of the 3 meals I'd packed for them have not been touched. I asked the owner why were they not been fed during their stay, their respond was sometimes dogs get upset stomach when offered the food, so they just returned the food. Little did they know my dogs are on raw diet. I had individually portioned each of their food. Had they been offered the food and then returned to the container like the owner had mentioned, the food would not look exactly like how I had them originally prepared. My dogs are not new to being boarded. We travel a lot, so they have been introduce to daycare and boarding facilities at very young age. Their stays varies from a couple nights to a couple weeks. They never had any issues eating their food during any of their stay at boarding facilities. Instead of owning up their mistake of forgetting to feed my dogs, they chose to accusing my dogs not wanting to eat their food and completely ignore my question when I pushed further to ask for explanation why were they not being fed.

We also added a bath for both of them on the pick-up day. Note that they were both long-haired dogs. I have asked them multiple times if they would have enough time to give them a bath on pick-up day. I was assure that they could do it. And to our surprised, they were both very wet when we picked them up. We had a 2 hours drive home before we could blow dry them and they did not smell good after staying wet for hours!

Overall, I do not think the staffs at this facility care about your dogs. I would look somewhere else!
