  Dr. Winter and owner Dr. Hanby are professional and deeply caring Veterinarians. CAH has a wondeful staff; Michele explained pre and post surgery processes for Bleu. The front desk staff, Kathy and others are always professional

  Terrible experience.

  Your pet deserves better. I took my dog in for an optional cyst removal. It has been there for 5 years and has gradually grown. It was about golf ball sized and we wanted it to be removed for cosmetic reasons. My dog now has a 7 inch wound. We are appalled with the results. I was quoted 1 rate and when I came back to pick my dog up it went up significantly. Dr. Wallis really said "I have to get paid for my time" when she was justifying the high charges. I was given someone else's paperwork at checkout and was also billed for items I didn't get. If you care about your pet you will go somewhere else.

  Found Capeside to be the best vet in the area. I do not think they overcharge (unless you think $1 more than Dr Z is an overcharge). I think the staff is excellent. Want to find the right treatment for your dog and family.
