Description
Five Star Dog Resort is a 5-star boarding, training, grooming and daycare facility. Their facility is custom designed to create a stress free environment, with private suites, designed with actual doors for the home-like feel. Each suite is equipped with an elevated bed, water at all times, and an individual drain (hygienically clean) Every morning every single suite is cleaned (sprayed, scrubbed, squeegeed and mopped). Bowls are switched out daily, and three times a day your dog is walked outside to their own individual potty run.

AWESOME PLACEWow what a wonderful experience. Our English lab puppy ( 1 yr) has done on and off leash training with Darrin. He is an amazing dog trainer. My dog Wilson just loved the time he spent there and the training is going great . Darrin is incredibly patient and is extremely talented. His prices are very fair and the training we all received was amazing. Our Wilson is well on his way to becoming the wonderful well behaved dog we wanted. I would highly recommend this facility. They really care about these pets and they are in this business for the right reasons. Everyone who works there is so friendly and they all knew my dog ! The groomer was terrific too . When I took my dog back for the second 2 week session he was so happy to see Darrin. Five Star is not close to where I live and it is COMPLETELY worth the 45 minute drive. If you need training or boarding for your pet this is definitely the place.

Awesome Owner Awsome GroomerI completely disagree with the other 2 reviews. My dogs were trained here, boarded here and groomed here since 2009. Daren Hamlin, the owner and Master Trainer, cares about the dogs and the owners! Sadie, their Master Groomer, is incredible! My dogs are gordeous when she is done. I could not be happier whith the care and services provided. I also use the Victor food he uses in my home. My Vet is thrilled with what I feed them.

horrible!Took my two older dogs here for boarding. Owner insisted they use their food, not ours. Our dogs came home with the worst case of diarrhea for days! Shat all over the house! Would never subject a pet to this place again.

HORRIBLE GROOMING!!!!Haircut on dog was AWFUL!!! When owner was informed, he passed the buck to the groomer (Sadie) and after discussion with groomer they both decided to give 10% off next service. GUESS WHAT I WILL NOT BE BACK EVER!!!! Did I mentioned that I will not refer anyone to go through this horrible experience?
