I feel sorry for this person because I've been shopping there for years & every time the staff has been prompt to greet me, the treats are exceptional, my dog can't get enough & they're very knowledgable. I go back every week for more & I look forward to seeing what new things they have. The peanut butter Puppy Kisses are his favorite!

Bad Customer Service
I have been a loyal customer of Groovy dog for over 5 years. Each Sunday, I get a massage at Massage Harmony and then go to Groovy Dog to purchase my weekly 30.00 worth of treats for my dogs. They love the Ginger Snaps and the pizza bones. I always looked forward to Fara's wonderful customer service and asking about my dog. Two months ago, I visited GD on a Sunday and actually had to wait 10 minutes before the woman even came over to ask if I needed assistance. Of course, I needed assistance since all the treats are behind the counter. She was in the back too busy talking and laughing with her granddaugher (I assume granddaugher) After a few "excuse me" from me she finally came to the front and was the most rude person in the world. She snapped several times and never really answered my specific questions. So I vowed to never visit this place again.
I then decided it wasn't the owner's fault that she hired RUDE employees so I decided to give it another try last Sunday. Ditto, Same scenario. In back, laughing with granddaugher- had to wait another 10 minutes for service and she was even ruder than before.
I have been buying my dog's birthday cake here for the past 5 years along with all the treats, ice cream for a dog party. I will NEVER go here again, until this rude person is longer working there. Too bad, because I had been telling all my friends with pets to go there. Now, I'm teling them to find another dog bakery.
Does anyone know of a great dog bakery? Getting ready for this year's dog party.
