  My parent's dog has gone here for years and now my pup is too! They love it! Very clean and welcoming environment. Great staff who really get to know the pups. I also love being able to check on him with the nanny cams.

  I also know they keep a good eye on the pups so I don't worry about dogs getting aggressive or anything. They also have indoor and outdoor space that they use all year round to give the dogs a change of scenery/smells during the day.

  My dog is always ecstatic to get there and no matter how old/well trained he gets he still pulls me inside as hard as he can!

  Great at first, but unfortunately incompetent

  Loved this place until today. Apparently they cant keep my dog from "stealing" the spray bottles they use to discipline the dogs. Not an issue at home so that tells me the trainers make it a game... Have previously offered to replace the bottles for them but now left in the lurch for upcoming vacation. Our pup is sweet, non aggressive but big and active, sorry $35 a day wasn't enough to get your staff to provide basic care.... In fact the go to response from your staff from any difficulty was "have you considered a shock collar?" Anyone that is familiar with the Great Pyrenees breed knows this is the exact OPPOSITE of how these dogs need to be managed...

  Expressed my displeasure about this situation to staff when picking up my dog from her final stay only to get a call from the owner later accusing me of screaming and swearing at staff which I can assure did NOT happen. Returned the call to discuss this ridiculousness but have not heard back - and at this point continued discourse is pointless.

  Thanks for giving us a push out of your shitty facility - I'll be sure to let our referrals know how we were treated!
