Cutest little store. Friendly employees. Lisa groomed my havanese, fantastic. My dog even pranced out of the grooming room, like she knew she looked good and was happy. Sign up in the store and you eaen cash back to spend on free stuff. 🥰😻👍👌

Cute friendly store
friendly, knowledgleble employees. dog was spoiled rotten with belly rubs and free samples. i was even given a bag of free cookies as a thanks just for coming. cute clothes, nice quality. will return.

Cute store, great atmosphere, everyone super friendly and make you feel welcome. Staff know most dogs by name. Recommend Lisa for grooming.

Horrible

The employees kept my small dog UNATTENDED on a grooming table, where he suffered life-threatening injuries after getting his neck caught in the harness (again - NO ONE was even paying attention to what was going on).
What's worse, the owner and manager lied to us about what happened, and only came clean after we contacted local authorities, obtained a warrant for the videotape of the grooming room, and saw what happened ourselves.
We've now been to the vet multiple times to treat injuries, and the time (and money) we've spent is far from over, as we still have follow-up appointments due to the seriousness of the injuries
To top it off, the store refuses to pay the vet bills (and refuses to even get back to us about what happened).
The best we can do at this point is get to our story out there and fight back! We've got the videotape in the hands of our family lawyers and local news stations, and are trying to spread the message across social media as much as we can.
If you love your little fur babies, I urge you to NOT bring them here.
And if you care about the well-being of everyone's pets, please help us spread the message about the horrible malpractice that is going on at this place!!!
