Ortega Animal Care Center is a full service veterinary practice complete with a beautiful five star pet hotel, doggie play groups (small and large dog groups) and professional dog and cat grooming. BEST PET CARE FACILITY IN OC
I'm sure the previous review was a VERY isolated incident, or was written before the previous owners took over. My experiences have been absolutely wonderful every visit, I recommend them to everyone I know. The new owners have made numerous upgrades and improvements all around, and I know because I have been taking my dogs to them since before the change in ownership. They really care about your pets and it shows. The doctors really take the time to explain things to you and never try to overcharge for their services, their groomers are award-winning, the pet hotel is top notch and not like any other place around, and they also offer dog obedience training. Literally you do not have to go anywhere else for your pet's care. I know I will only go here for everything pet-related. 5-stars!
