  A home away from home

  We couldn't be happier or feel more comfortable any other place when leaving our baby Katy for occasional traveling . Katy is a rescue and needs a loving/caring home where she can feel safe and have the special attention we feel she deserves. All of this has been provided and more at Woof City in Frico. The staff goes out of their way to give Katy the same love that we give her at home. She is placed with other dogs of the same temperament and now has many girlfriends and boyfriends. She has really come out of her shy shell since going to Woof City not only for boarding but daycare and grooming. We all look forward to any upcoming visits. Thank you Woof City for everything.

  During a recent family emergency we needed to board 3 large dogs. Woof City was highly recommended and with good reason. The Lake Dallas location is very clean, the staff is fantastic and Alice even met me after hours to accommodate my needs in dropping them off. Knowing that the dogs were well taken care of really meant a lot - one less thing to worry about during an especially trying time. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Alice and her staff. You won't find a better place to leave your dogs.
