  Great location for dinner

  A great outdoor dining venue with your pups. Food was excellent, staff was friendly. Arrive early or plan to wait. Very popular!

  Great food!

  The porch outside is great even on a cold night with their heat lamps on. They accommodated a party of six with two big dogs at 10 pm with no problem! Plenty of space for everyone and dogs to be comfortable! Great lamb burgers and fries were phenomenal. Delicious hot toddy’s and tequila flights! This is a must do!

  Dog friendly, great food

  Would definitely come back. Fish n chips were huge and very good. BLTA was great and so was the steak.

  Very Accommodating

  Great food, great beer. Nice front patio seating area. Waitress brought a dish of water for our dog. One of our favorite places!

  Great Find!

  We actually stumbled upon this restaurant while walking around looking for a quick bite with our two dogs. The staff here was awesome! The hostess quickly let us pick our table outside. Our server, Lindsey, came right over, offered a bowl of water for the pups and took our drink order immediately. Food came out super quick and it was very tasty. I had the Shepherd's pie and hubby had Fish and Chips which was a big serving. The beers were cold and delicious. Will definitely return there.

  Quiet Location

  Chose to ate here after walking around and the puppy was getting tired. We were able to choose our own table. Once seated they brought out a bowl of water for our puppy. Food and service was good. Only thing about this place is if you have a small dog it’s hard as the tables are all high tops. We put our dog on the bench next to us without any issue.

  Relaxing spot

  We got here around 10pm. They let us sit wherever on the patio. Servers were very nice and brought our dogs a water bowl.

  8 paws up!

  Dined on the patio with our two dogs. Marie, our server, brought out two water bowls with our drinks. I had the Shepard's Pie, my husband had the fish & chips. The food was good, the dogs were welcomed. We will be back. 🐾🐾

  Very dog friendly!

  We just had lunch at Barley Republic in Saint Augustine and we were made to feel TOTALLY welcome with our dog. Everyone from the owner to our sweet waitress fussed over our dog. And she's not a little dog - she's an old 67 pound rescue in her own huge blue stroller!The cheese soup was fantastic and the fish and chips was on utterly sublime!!!!!

  The service was so bad we left. I went inside to ask if we could sit anywhere on the patio or should wait to be seated. They told me to sit wherever. They said they would be out in a minute.After having the server ignore us for about 20 minutes we left.

  Extremely Disapointed

  While visiting St Augustine was excited to try this restaurant. We arrived with our dog and were ignored by staff. No one was at host/hostess station and after asking an employee where to sit we were told anywhere on the patio, someone would be out in a moment. After 10min a waiter came out to service 2 parties seated on patio looked at us and our dog and walked away.
  We waited a little longer and ended up leaving. Wish I could review the restaurant more but after being ignored I won't be back.

  Overall, very good. They don't mind dogs but unlike other places, they don't cater to them. No water dishes provided. No a-la carte food.

  The Barley is always on our list of great places to go in St Auggies. The food and beverages are great & the live music is always awesome. We've been there so much in the last year, they even know our dogs & have seen them grow up :) Love this place!!!

  Nice patio, friendly staff

  Shepard's pie was very good. Ribbon fries (chip-like) tasty.
  Irish egg was good.
  Staff was very friendly, service good, brought water for the dog straight away.
  Has their own small parking lot, which is a big plus.
  Deck was clean and well maintained.
  Enjoyable for lunch
