- EdwinAug. 30, 2021Great place!
We sat at a high top with plenty of room. Other guest had their dogs as well. Gracie was given a bowl of ice water. Food and beverages were very enjoyable. Try the Reuben egg rolls!
- AmandaJul. 22, 2021Nice restaurant and super dog-friendly!
We enjoyed this restaurant's food and atmosphere. With a dog, you can seat yourself in the bar area only. Our server brought fresh water for the dog and the patrons were friendly as our dog is very sociable! Highly recommend!

- MariannaJul. 24, 2019So Friendly
They were so nice to me and my dogs. One of the servers came over with treats and fresh water. And returned with soft treats for my old girl who doesn’t have many teeth. Food is ok. But I’d rather come here again and be treated kindly than go to a snobby place where they treat me poorly (Gilligan’s).
- MariaApr. 27, 2019Thumbs up!
We went twice during our camping stay in Cape Henlopen. Our dog was very comfortable (napped!) and the food was better than we had expected- very good and beyond regular pub fare. Great view of canal too. Nice breeze. Water bowls all along deck. Servers were nice.

Great food, great people and great atmosphere. Our dog loves it here!
- JohnMore than a year agogreat dog friendly bar
We wanted a drink after beach and had our golden, BringFido pointed us to Irish Eyes and everything was amazing with nice bar patio with several dogs
- JacquelineAug. 1, 2018Very Fun Lunch
Sure the dog friendly porch is a bit cramped together, but that just adds to the friendliness of the place. Cold bowl of ice water for Pheonix, Beautiful water setting, nice people all around—what could be better?
- JanetMore than a year agoNice place
Nice place to grab food with your dog. You do have to sit in the outdoor bar area and it is first come first serve so you are limited in seating. Nice view of the water. Food was good. Only downfall is that it is a smoking area. There were dog water dishes out. Been there twice and would go again.
- JohnMore than a year agoNot really worth it
Although this place does allow dogs, it's only just in front of the deck bar. You can not just sit with your dog anywhere on the deck. The area is very small, so seating is limited. The other issue is the menu, the menu before 5pm is a lunch menu, so you're very limited.
- DaveMore than a year agoDog FRIENDLY
Host immediatly brought fresh water and biscuits. Later he took out his phone with pics of his family dogs. Good menu too.
- JanetMore than a year agoGreat food too
We eat here often, because they always make our dog feel welcome . Of course the views and the food are great too !
