Fido can join you at one of the benches outside Scruffy's Ice Cream Parlor, a dog-friendly ice cream shop in Middleburg, VA. While they don't have a full dog menu, canine visitors can order a pup cup! Humans can order a variety of delicious ice cream flavors, specialty sundaes, coffee, espresso beverages and more from their convenient walk-up window.
