Leashed pups can join you at one of the four tables outside Sweet Cowoline's Ice Cream and Udder Things, a dog-friendly ice cream shop in Elkton, MD. While they don't have a full dog menu, you can order a pup cup for Fido! Their menu features sundaes, cones, milkshakes and more to enjoy. Please note table service isn't available, so Fido must remain outside while you order.
