  Snuck our baby dog inside for dinner on an extra crowded First Friday

  Normally only the deck area outside is dog-friendly, but on a recent First Friday it was so noisy & crowded outside that they had closed down the deck area. The server let us bring our (well-behaved, quiet) dog inside and we sat at table in the corner out of the way of most foot-traffic. That's to say that dogs aren't really allowed inside but they were flexible since the deck was closed. Blue Star's menu has gotten kind of ho-hum over the years and the service is not great (but post-covid service is not great in most places due to low staffing). Still it was nice to go out and be able to be accommodated, when every restaurant had a 45 minute wait.

  Love this place!

  Good food, better drinks, enjoyable environment! Enjoy sitting on the patio, but love the feel of the inside dining with a view of the brewery.
