  The staff immediately came out to welcome our boys and attend to their needs and get acquainted. Oh and us humans, yes they took care of us too and the food was delicious!

  First time stopping here after reading Bring Fido reviews. We just had a drink and Susan‘s Peanut Butter Pie and it was delicious! Very clean patio, and the staff was very friendly and on point! Highly recommend!

  Title based on my daughter’s astute opinion. Staff are welcoming and dog-lovers. Guests are too. Despite the crowds, we were quickly seated. Food hit the spot. Not exactly out of this world, but well-made.

  Great service

  Water was offered to our pup as soon as we sat down. Breakfast was yummy, especially the Surfer Sara omelet. Service was great even though our family of 6 had a few special requests.

  Great food and service!

  We were there with our 16-month-old Golden and were warmly welcomed to dine on the patio. Pup was provided water and lots of loving attention. Oh, and we were also very well taken care of by our server. The food was great. Highly recommend the crab cake sandwich!

  Super Dog Friendly

  I have 130 pound Great Danes and this place had plenty of room! 8 or so picnic tables in lots of shade :) they bring out huge bowls of ice water for the dogs! very friendly staff. yummy food!

  The food is fantastic. Absolutely the best we had being here for 4 days. They love having Betty and gave her a lot of attention. Nice outdoor area for dining area.

  Wonderful Staff!

  I was sitting with my dog outside of the restaurant. We actually didn’t eat there but the staff was so lovely. They all came over to see my dog, and asked if they could pet him. An employee brought out a pitcher of water for my dog and gave us a to-go cup of water for him. He greatly enjoyed the attention and hydration. I have eaten here in the past without my dog and the food is good too!

  Seriously The Best

  The restaurant is a great place for families with dogs. The staff is suuuuper friendly and kind to the dogs as well. The food is beyond awesome. I had the catch of the day, which was Red Drum for lunch. It was a huge fillet, blackened and came with two sides. The dish was $13 and change. In my opinion, it’s a great price for how much I got and the quality was great as well. If you don’t have a water bowl for your dog, they will offer to bring your dog some water. I recommend this place.

  Good Food And Location

  This was our first stop while in the area. The food and service was wonderful. They offered a bowl of water for the puppy. Seating was hard for us as it was picnic table style and the puppy wanted to be next to me.

  A favorite!

  We have gone here for years, first with our Golden, Lady, and then our Golden, Clarence. We have always found it to be super dog friendly. The food is always great. I can recommend the steak sandwich and the fried clams. We always order these two items and then split it. Since they are our favorites we get a bit of both. The patio is lovely and they always bring water for the dog.

  Ate here with our three Mastiffs. Staff was great. Brought our pups water bowls and lots of love. Food was excellent. Great to find a place that welcomes our not so little pups.

  The staff here was amazing! They greeted our Dutch Shepard and brought her water when they came to get our drink orders. The food was good and the music was great. We heard about this place from the go Fido app and it was a super pet friendly. We were greeted quickly and brought around to the outside patio. The experience we had here was everything we could've hoped for We are very excited to come back next time we come to St Augustine.

  During my 4 years at Flagler College in St. Augustine, I discovered and fell in love with the Florida Cracker. Whenever my parents, grandparents, or friends would come to visit me in St. Augustine, I'd always convince them to eat at the Florida Cracker, and they always loved it. When my (then) fiance first visited St. Augustine, I had him take me there for lunch. After one bite of his shrimp po'boy (and two of my seafood pasta salad!) he fell in love with the Florida Cracker, too. When we went to St. Augustine on our honeymoon, it was our first food destination. Whenever we visit St. Augustine now, we always have to stop by the Florida Cracker. Delicious food at college-student affordable prices, the Florida Cracker is the best!
