Very dog friendly. Only four outdoor tables but we’re very accommodating to us and our three dogs. Shaded. Had the turkey Reuben with chips, it was good. The brought a fresh water bowl for our dogs.

Excellent food and service. Great view on the back patio. They took great care of our dogs, too. Highly recommend the Veranda Cafe!

Read all the great reviews so brought our dachshund to enjoy the outside. Unfortunately the host said dogs were not allowed. Went to to Trailhead instead.

We had delicious sandwiches for lunch.
There were many more we wanted to try -it was hard to make a decision! Beautiful mountain view on the back veranda. Very friendly staff. Our dog got water, treats and pets. - KarenPMore than a year agoHigh Five to the Veranda
The porch in back is small (3 tables) but we were welcome! They gave us a four-top, allowing plenty of room for the pup. Lunch was great - Black Forest ham on a pretzel roll with the tastiest black eyed pea salad I had ever had.

We went on a Wednesday afternoon around lunch. The main restaurant was packed with a short waiting list, but because we had our pup, we ate on the veranda and there was no wait.
We had the vegetarian sandwich and the cranberry turkey sandwich and both were delicious. The staff was friendly and knew all the locals by name. Just a very friendly group all around. Our dog got a treat and some water, which was very thoughtful.
I'd only be worried that there are only six tables out back. Just FYI. :)

We choice the Veranda because it's dog friendly, but we'll go back because the food was outstanding. They let us walk our two dogs through the restaurant to the back veranda, and then brought us dog treats in a bowl, as well as individual bowls of ice water. Several staff members stopped by to pet our dogs during lunch. They use fresh ingredients, have a creative menu, and the servers are friendly and relaxed. If they have the tomato pie (a summer special), it's terrific. The Veranda is a laid-back, great place to eat with your dogs.

We were able to sit on the back patio with our dog. The wait wasn't long for how busy it was. The hostess allowed us to walk the dog through the front. The food was good, we would definitely go back.
