We love this place. It always provides excellent food and great service. There are two patio areas. The one on the desk is small and not great for dogs, but the grassy area beside the building is awesome with a little more space. Staff brought water for the pups and even gave them a little cheese.

The rooms are average, but it is a great location in the Black Hills and a great resort to explore with lots of amenities. Very dog friendly.

The Highline was very welcoming and accommodating for our two dogs. The hotel has a great, laid back feeling. It is a little ways away from the Village; however, there is a shuttle that is available and it allows dogs to ride.

We always have a great experience here. The rooms and balcony are large so we are not crowded. They are very welcoming to dogs, and there are lots of places to walk and explore just across the street.

We called and were told it was dog friendly. But we found out that we can sit on the patio but the dogs need to be on the other side of the fence. It is in a busy area, and that seemed like a terrible idea for so many reasons.

Great food, great service and an overall wonderful experience.

We had dinner and drinks with our two dogs. Staff was very accommodating and brought water dishes for them. Food was great. We had the meatloaf and the bison chili.

We stopped in for a quick lunch and a beer. Great bowls and wings and beer. The patio had plenty of seating, including some places in the shade. Dogs are allowed in the downstairs patio.

The staff went beyond expectations to accommodate with our dogs. In addition, the food was delicious and reasonably priced There was life music. It was a lovely evening, and I highly recommend the Wine Cellar.

Not only was the food great, but the service was wonderful! While it was a beautiful evening, the patio area is covered to protect from the weather and sun. Noah, our server, took great care of us and our dogs, and he even provided a list of “can’t miss” things to do while we visited. We definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic food and experience. The server recommended the ribs, brisket and chicken, so we tried a combo. Great recommendation and some of the best barbecue we had on vacation.

Excellent food and service. Great view on the back patio. They took great care of our dogs, too. Highly recommend the Veranda Cafe!
