  Nice patio area for fur baby. Waitress brought water for her. They were very welcoming of her.

  Great Views, Food And Good People!

  They bring a water bowl for your pup and are very sweet. They have a wide variety on their menu and everything we had was quite tasty. We will be back!!

  Beautiful Setting, Great Food

  Moondog has it all - satisfying food, beautiful waterside setting, friendly service and welcoming to dogs! My Baja Mahi Tacos featured the most tender mahi mahi that I've ever had. The corn, cheese and jicama slaw toppings were creative and delicious - as were the sweet potato fries. Grilled salmon, red beans and rice, fried shrimp and oysters got rave reviews from the table. Our waitress Kat was friendly and very accommodating to ours dogs. We were even able to sit in an open air indoor room with the pups.

  I’m not sure our waitress was a dog person, as she only came to our table for our orders and to drop off our food, but did visit the table behind us to refill drinks and check in on them. Other than that, everyone was very friendly and they even let us hangout in the AC area while we waited for a table.

  To top it off, the food was amazing! And obviously Tillamook enjoyed the steak. I will definitely be going back to this place.

  My Go To Spot

  Third time back in Rockport, always stop at Moondog’s with my pup! Service efficient and friendly, good food, and always welcoming to those of us with fur family! Sun deck is a big plus for taking in the fishing boat action!

  Very accommodating to our dog! Food was excellent. Are oysters, calamari and gumbo.

  Great view and pups welcomes!

  Love it. Will def make this me and my pups spot. Everyone was so welcoming to my pup. Waitress brought out water dish for him. It was awesome.

  I was there at few years ago and had a blast, coming in May and cannot wait to hang out at Moondogs! Being from pet friendly Austin and finding out you accept pets, we may hang out there the whole time!!!!!

  Big Open Area

  They have at least 3 different areas for your dogs. Burgers were good and the Fuzzy Navel was awesome. Disappointed in the June Bug drink.
