    Great food, hip area!

I went to Fred 62 last night and ate on the patio which has many tables set up on the side walk. This is a cool hip area where you are likely to see some interesting people walking by, possibly actors who you can't quite remember what you saw them in... The food was great, I had a burger and my friend had the chicken and waffles. We also shared nachos. It was way too much food haha but very delicious! My ONLY complaint is the patio chairs are very narrow so if you're not the fittest person, the arms will dig into your legs. They did bring me a folding chair to sit on though so props for that. Oh yes, and since you're on the sidewalk it's totally fine to have your dog there.

    great food and pet friendly

We ordered the breakfast enchilada and ahi salad. Loved them both. They have many vegetarian and vegan choices. They brought water to our dog and we had an overall great experience. We will definitely return!

    Wonderful service / food

I read a lot of the reviews on Yelp about Fred 62, and the french toast IS everything they said it would be! Wonderfully dog friendly. Food orders are taken outside, so I didn't have to tie up my dog to go inside and order. I ended up with two servers because of shift change. Both were SUPER nice, and kept my iced tea glass full (blissfully normal BREWED iced tea with free refills). They were SO dog friendly. I had my dog's travel water bowl, but they had water bowls available. The food was really, really good. I had the Dime Bag (normally 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, hashbrowns, and breakfast meat ... I had chicken sausage ... all for $10, and they let me sub the french toast). It was a great food experience from top to bottom. I am SO going back. Right by Griffiths Park, so we went there after a nice hike in the canyons.
