ehh it's so-so
Food was good and they were nice to my dog, but the service was awful. They have a sign out that says wait for hostess to be seated outside. 20 mins later no one had come so I stopped a server who had come out on his break to eat with some friends who went back in and got someone. I was then seated, but waited another 20 mins before anyone came to bring a menu. I asked management if this was typical and she said usually people come in and ask for a table, but they don't have a good system for if someone has a dog and can't come in. They don't actually check at the sign that says stop and wait to be seated outside.

GREAT
Our first visit with our two dogs and five year old girl for an early dinner. Pizza, Mac & Cheese and Beer was delicious! They gave our dogs water and the atmosphere was perfect!

We stopped overnight in Florence South Carolina and dined at the Mellow Mushroom in July of 2013 (perfect for NY to FL travel via I-95). They were very dog friendly: offering our pup water and seating us in a perfect spot on the patio. After a full day of travel, it was nice to be able to take our dog to a restaurant that served drinks, has a menu with a wide variety of choices (I recall having a very good salad) and had good service. We plan on returning again this July when traveling back, again, from New Jersey to Tampa.
