  Excellent experience and great food

  We visited Jake's last night with our Clumber/Cocker Spaniel mix. They offered us seating inside since there were no other dogs, brought water and a treat and were as kind as could be.

  The food was great as well - we enjoyed the Chilean Seabass and the Seafood Pad Thai entrees.

  Don't miss Jake's if you're in Palm Springs

  It's always a good sign, I think, when the dogs are served before the people. The attentive staff at Jake's took our drink orders while placing a water bowl and treats in front of our dogs. (Another round of treats appeared near the end of the meal!) The restaurant is named after a dog, and you can tell in the way they welcome dogs and people to their two patios (one inner, one outside set back from the sidewalk). We sat on the outer patio and loved it! The street where Jake's is located isn't bustling at dinner time, and we appreciated being slightly away from the music and bustle of the inner patio (though the space is lovely inside and out). We highly recommend Jake's!

  Really Dog Friendly!

  After making an online reservation, I called to confirm that my Doberman Pinscher would be welcome for Sunday Brunch. She said they would set us up with patio seating in the corner.
  Perfect table for my large boy. All the staff was so friendly , coming by to say hello to him and making sure he had water (it was 93 degrees out!) and they even gave him a dog treat! Food was delicious. Great service. We'll be back!
