  Phenomenal

  the service was great they made sure we had plenty of water for our dog. The food was absolutely delicious. I have to recommend their He crab soup perfect mixture of spice and zest. it was literally a crab lover’s dream in a bowl. Definitely can’t say enough good things about our visit.

  Okay Option, Plenty Of Space

  Nice that you’re not crowded in here. They’re nice enough to dogs and will bring water if you ask. Food is a bit sub-par and strange, drinks are average. Service is very inconsistent and can be slow. Touristy spot some locals love. Decent option if you’re hungry and just want to eat, relax with your pup and not feel pinned in.

  Great Food, Puppy Friendly

  Try the he crab soup. It’s fantastic. Great covered deck area with tables comfortably spaced out. The dog has been served
  cold water before we got sat down. Great dining experience with the dog.

  Awesome

  Our best experience yet!

  Captain Woody's was so accommodating to our dogs. It has a great outdoor patio with tables that are well-spaced apart. We had plenty of room for our dogs to spread out.

  The food was excellent and exceeded our expectations! They also had a doggie burger (it wasn't on the menu but they offered it when we said we wanted to order for them) which our pups gave two paws up to.

  Definitely recommend this spot! And don't skip the hush puppies.

  Delightful Dog Friendly Option

  With all the overpriced seafood options in and around the area, this was a wonderful surprise. Hands down the best ,freshest seafood (try to homemade shrimp chili!) , the restaurant’s ambiance and super friendly service pushes it to the “top bone” rating. Bowl of water with ice served to pup too. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed

  We sat on the patio & hey brought both water & a separate bowl of ice for my pup & all of the servers & bartenders care up to say hi!

  Awesome!

  Loved Captain Woody's! We took our golden doodle and sat on the patio. It was a great place for him and the BEST blackened salmon I've ever had. We can't wait to visit again!!

  Great with dogs!

  We went for dinner out on the deck with our yellow lab, everyone was friendly and the food was great. They even brought our lab a bowl of water. Will definitely go again.

  Just what the Dr. ordered

  After an exciting day of the dog park, hiking trails and the beach, sometimes one just wants a good, locally caught fish sandwich. Capt. Woody's fits the bill. With a dog friendly patio,, one can enjoy a blackened grouper sandwich and soup, watch the game on any number of outdoor TV's, and enjoy the breeze with your four legged friend.

  Awesome place!

  This place was so great and dog friendly we went twice in the span of 4 days. The staff was super friendly, brought our dog a water bowl right away and many stopped by just to give and get some attention from our dog. Highly recommend.

  Fantastic restaurant

  Every time we come to HHI, with or without our dog, Captain Woody's is one of our favourite places to go. The food is fantastic, they always bring a big bowl of ice water for our dog and the people are very friendly.
