  Best Way To Top Off Surfing

  Came down to dog beach and decided to check out this place. It was great! Staff was very friendly. Dogs sit outside with owners. Need to be on leash at all times and on the ground. They have a doggy menu and complimentary water for the fur babies. It is small out there and my dog is a larger dog so it was hard when she wanted to move around and change the spot she was laying in without being in the walk way. Also if other dogs are easily excitable there is not a ton a space to spread and separate them, but we didn’t have any issues with other fur friends when we were there. Also because it is outside, people may be smoking and again small space so just keep that in mind. They have veggies options for the humans! Overall great place!

  Great Food And Service

  From the outside it seemed like just another pub. But they were super dog friendly and the food was surprisingly great. Had baked pretzel, a tasty burger and brussel sprouts. Worth checking out.

  Flat iron steak was awesome, burger was delicious. The service was good and they loved on our 2 huge dogs.

  Great location...

  In the middle of all of the fun. Love the rooftop. It's a tight squeeze on the patio and be forewarned, people may be smoking, but still enjoyed it. My dog loved the attention (ice water in a bowl and two treats). Great food and great service! We will definitely go back!

  Super Dog Friendly & Good Food

  Hands down/ paws down, this is by far THE most dog friendly restaurant we've ever dined at! We have a rottie so we are not always warmly received, but rather tolerated. Not at Second Floor! Our dog was dining among several other large breeds and everyone was getting along. Water for the pups and all the servers kept making rounds to check on our needs and give some love to the pups. The food was awesome as well, and the view is entertaining. Thank you Second Floor and thank you bringfido app! This app takes a lot of stress out of traveling with our big girl.

  Friendly People, Delicious Food

  This place is so great! They gave us a water bowl and when my dog spilled it they replaced it as soon as they noticed. Even other workers besides our server came over to visit us and our dogs. I got the mashed potatoes and mahi sliders and it was delicious. Not the cheapest restaurant, but I'm not dissatisfied with anything!

  So friendly!

  Sometimes it's stressful to bring your furry family member out to eat with you. This restaurant makes it easy and fun! They provide ice water and their waiters are dog people. The people who eat out on the dog-friendly deck are also generally dog people, which makes for a fun environment. 10/10 would recommend.

  great food but don't forget ur sunscreen!

  Food is great! Stopped by on Memorial Day weekend. We got all apps: Buffalo tenders, ceviche and crunchy tacos. All tasted great and was enough for 2. There's only a couple tables in the shade and it was very sunny Memorial Day weekend. So pack your sunscreen and hope ur dog can find shelter under the table. View it's cool of all the activity on the street below. I would have given them a 5 if they would have accommodated us and opened up the awning for us and our dog.

  Super puppy friendly. Excellent food! Wait staff brought our dogs treats and water and kept coming out to play with the puppies. Great place!

  Cool art and location

  The Second Floor is a great place to take your dog. They have cool art on the walls and tables. The staff is friendly and will bring a bowl of water upon request. Subtract half a paw for smokers on the patio and no bonus eco paw because they still use styrofoam take boxes. Over all a great place to take your dog. Check out our video review at SKETCHnT!com
