Novel Ice Cream is a local Arizona chain with a pet-friendly location at The Greenbelt in downtown Mesa. Two- and four-legged friends can sit at one of the bistro tables on the alley sidewalk patio. While they don't have a dog menu, furry companions can nibble on pup cups while owners enjoy handcrafted ice cream in a cup, cone, floats or their legendary Dough Melt. Visit Website
