  Soooooo GOOD!

  Excellent food.... amazing staff & they took such great care of our furr-baby. Refilled her water & even made her a special dinner. An excellent experience in every way.

  The roach didn't touch your food, only your menu. You don't deserve your meal comped for that. We live in Florida, roaches happen. It's part of life. You probably brought the roach in with you looking for something free.

  This is a beautiful building buzzing with lots of life. Very busy on a Friday night but we found good seating right away. They brought water for our pet and they were very good at service all around. I enjoyed the food and it was a very good value. I'd for sure go back again with or without my dog.

  Cockroach Surprise!

  We just came back from Kickbacks... with a Horrible experience. A cockroach jumped from the wall onto our menu!!!!!! (We smashed it in the menu) Imagine if our food had came - it would be Right in that spot. The manager told us that this was a Regular occurrence, and did not comp our bill. This is will definitely be my Last visit to Kickbacks, and will make sure people know about the health violations and poor service.
  Update: The Owner defended the cockroach, and said that 1/10 customers see them. And was upset that I didn't privately handle this, though he said he was already aware and was fine with the horrible service we received.
