  Not dog-friendly when we went...

  Guglhupf has good German-style baked-goods; I can't speak to the cooked food. When we went there we couldn't bring our dog into the patio cafe, so we ended up just getting some baked goods and coffee to take out, and sat on a little bench on the walkway in front of the retail bakery. If the cafe is *ever* dog-friendly, it's not all the time, so if you're thinking of bringing your dog, you should call first.
