    So so

Very nice venue. Nice place to watch sunset. Our dog was allowed. Severs could less about our dog. No water. Our server seemed offended when we only ordered an appetizer. Nice place to visit once.

    Nice

Didn’t mention the dog when going in, and never got any negative comments about it’s presence…

    Fun with our Fido

This is a fam fav spot, but was the 1st time we brought our 3 year old shepherd. We asked for the shadiest available spot for our fam of 5 plus dog. Usually when we eat here it’s pretty breezy so very little shade other then from a few palm trees, but we were in luck the hostess said, bc it wasn’t very windy so they had umbrellas up on the patio tables! After we sat, our waiter Chris offered to bring H20 for our dog! Bc it wasn’t very breezy it also meant it was very hot, and so we asked about a hose. They offered us the one they had behind the shed area, which was very nice of them, but we stayed only a couple hours, then decided to get our pup back to the AC. Great location, love the pool for our kids, food, drinks and service was fantastic!

    Terrible service

When I got there and said I had a dog they asked what kind of dog… I said doodle so they said it was fine. Once we were seated I’ve never had such bad service in my life. All of the servers seemed very mad at us and it was overall TERRIBLE. Do not recommend.

    Great Sunset! Great location!

The hostess wasn't as welcoming when she saw the dog, but once we were seated our server (Leigh) promptly brought "Fido" water. We went during Happy Hour. Great prices. Decent meal. Everyone loved the dog and our server dubbed him dog of the day!

    Not welcoming to dogs

We did not stay. Only available seating was out in the full sun. “Indoor” seating was a covered patio, which at any other restaurant would be considered outdoor seating. We have a 15 year old Westie in a stroller. Pretty disappointing.

    Fun place

It was busy, but the service and food were great. 2-hour wait for a table, but we got seats at the bar and ate there in less than an hour. Staff and guests gave lots of lovin’ to our Lab.

    Great Location and pet friendly

We came here at sunset but had just finished eating elsewhere so we didn’t have food. Great location - unobstructed sunset views. We hung out on the side of the outside bar in the sand area. Great spot to have some drinks at sunset. Our dog Chico really enjoyed the sandy area

    Great atmosphere

Had a really nice time sitting outdoors, our dog was warmly greeted and given water; Food was very good as was the service; Would have given it a higher rating except that there were not many umbrellas and it got hot quickly for our dog.

Great food, service, location. Dogs welcome.

Wow! Couldn't have asked for better location. The food was really good. I had the lobster tacos with coconut rice and black beans. Hubz had yellow fin sandwich blackened with coleslaw. We shared an order of conch fritters. Ordered the dogs a medium rare hamburger, large sized burger they loved it. Drinks were a bit spendy $16.33 for 3 12 ounce draft corona and $22.32 for 3 bahama mamas. We were there for lunch, no happy hour at that time. We sat by the water under an umbrella. Dogs had plenty of shade. Didn't go in the pool but it looked very nice. Dogs are welcome on the outside eating area which is very large.

Cool place, mediocre food & service

We came with our dog. The pool was a neat feature. Great views. Hostess at first didn’t know if they allowed dogs. Then when she said they did, she acted like she wouldn’t seat us. It was all very awkward. Once seated our waitress was friendly and prompt, but the mahi mango fingers were so greasy and weird (not even sure if it was mahi) we only ate one. Burger was mediocre. Waitress asked if we wanted a box for our leftover fish. I told her no, it was horribly greasy and didn’t taste good. No response. Okie doke! Check please! The location was beautiful, maybe we just had bad food. I’ll try it one more time....

This place was fenomenal!! We were served by Stephanie who is a dog LOVER!!! She was amazing and brought our dog a water bowl and was super kind to us and our dog. Food was awesome and there is a pool you can dip in while you wait! Quick service too! 5 bones all the way!

    Worst service ever

I had the worst experience at your establishment possible. My family as well as myself arrived at your restaurant around 7:00 pm, July 3, 2015, due to being a party of 8, we were told by the front hostess there would be a wait which we did not mind. We took the small children in our party to the pool. After about being in the pool for approximately 45 minutes and seeing plenty of tables empty my husband finally decided to approach the hostess in the pool area, where apparently they had no clue we were waiting and proceeded to tell us to go to the front. An employee from the front walked my husband to where we would be sitting, as we approached the table we were greeted by the manager Peggy who proceeded to tell us we could not sit there. When we expressed to her that this was our designated area her remark was "I wanted to make sure you were not stealing someone else's table." We brushed off the comment and sat at our table and looked at the menu. We then proceeded to order our food. First my husband asked our waitress who was very pleasant what did the shark bite consist of, she told him it was sprite, grenadine and rum. When the drink made it to the table it was not what she said. The drink consisted of pineapple and some other juice. My husband told our waitress after she once again clarified what the drink consisted of that it was not what he asked for. She genuinely apologized and brought out the correct drink. Prior to his drink order my husband ordered his food which was a hog fish sandwich, he requested that it please have no onions because he does not like them. Our food came out and as everyone started eating, his food had onions. He told the waitress who once again apologized and said she would have the sandwich remade. I sat and ate with my three daughters and our family members while he waited for his food. By the time his food made it back to the table half an hour later, everyone else had already eaten. He got up from our table and asked for a manager, which is when he was informed that Peggy was the manager on shift. He told the Peggy that he would pay for the mashed potatoes he ate, (as he was famished after having a wonderful family day at the beach) but would not pay for his sandwich as he did not eat it and it was made incorrectly. As he approached our table I saw he was visibly upset, he informed me that the manager said to him oh you are the same guy who had a problem with the drink. She made him feel as if we were just attempting to cause some type of problems. We got our checks and started paying when she again approached our table and had a very negative demeanor while speaking to us about our check. My husband asked her for the owners email in which she completely disregarded him. He then asked her where he can email his complaint and she nastily replied that she will get him that information. She returned back with a business card, in which a member of our party asked her for her name. She stated her name was Peggy. As my family paid there check cash and my husband paid ours with card, the waitress took our checks and came back with change as well as the credit card slip, Peggy once again came back to our table. She asked for the names of all the adults at the table. I did give her my first name as I did not expect to hear the statement which followed. She stated that she never wanted us on the property again, and was very confrontational as well as hostile towards us. I personally have three young daughters who were at the table hearing this lady be very nasty and they got scared. My oldest got scared and asked if we were going to jail. I do not know if that is how your establishment treats any visitors that are not local. We came down from central Florida to see family and drove 2 hours to this restaurant because we could see the bridge, it had a pool, we could sit outdoors with our family and daughters and create amazing memories. Instead I was made feel as if I was some type of delinquent, as if I did something terrible. I felt very degraded as a human being and to happen especially in front if my kids, I also felt humiliated. Please let me know if I am in the wrong as this was my experience, Peggy made me feel as if it is against your establishments policy for a paying patron to bring to the attention of any employee at your restaurant if something is wrong or incorrect. If this is the case I will personally write her a letter apologizing as we did not intend to have our orders done incorrectly. All we wanted was a great family night out on our vacation.
