  Terrific service!

  It was a chilly night but we still had a great experience eating on the patio. Our waitress was excellent and loved our fur baby!!she brought him water and was very kind. The food was delicious. Hush puppies with honey butter were a perfect appetizer. I had the beef dip and my husband had a patty melt. We took home some of our sandwiches along with onion rings and homemade chips, the portions were huge. An excellent experience along with a special note from the waitress, saying our puppy made her day!

  Perfect stop

  We arrived in HH just in time for dinner. We stopped here and were not disappointed. We sat on the deck (family of 5 with 2 dogs). The food and drinks were good and the servers were also great.

  Great food and pet friendly

  Very good service, food, and plenty of outside shaded seating for the pup. Chicken tenders and beef dip sandwich were excellent.

  Great place!

  We decided to try this restaurant based on the 2 previous reviews and were not disappointed! They brought Callie ice cold water right away. It was a warm night and they had fans going which made it nice. The food and service were both excellent. We highly recommend!

  Amazing experience

  This place is perfect for dogs!! We had two servers come out and bring my dog water. They have fans for us since it is hot out. The server was knowledge and kind and remember us from over a month ago. I will continue to come here every time we are in Hilton Head.

  Main Street Cafe & Pub

  We visit HHI often and always eat one or more meals at the MSC&P. The food and wine are reliably good, the atmosphere is comfortable, the service is always excellent and our best friend is welcome to join us on the deck.
