  We've brought our dog here many times, to grab a cider and some food and sit outside in the sun (their locations grants them rays from the latest of the sun in Autumn). Because he's a puppy and less calm (e.g., doesn't lay down and wait for us to have our meal), we bring him inside the eating area and have him sit right under us. We've never been asked to move him or put him outside the fence, and servers greet him and are generally very relaxed about having a dog somewhat underfoot. They leave a water bowl out for dogs. I see others with their canines there frequently, and some also bring their dogs inside the fence. I don't know if dogs are welcome inside because I've never tried or asked!
