  Great place for a pup!

  We took our puppy for his first birthday and everyone loved him! the waitress brought him a bowl of water and even though we were in the middle of the patio, none of the wait staff made us feel in the way. they took great care of us and of Bobby !

  Beautiful view

  First off, the first review from over a year ago just sounds ignorant. We took our baby girl who is indeed a pit bull mix and she was more than welcomed on the patio at Sam's Boat. Our waitress loved her and kept comment how sweet and cute she was. Anyways, the patio was incredibly busy and their registers were down but we had a great time. Food was decent but we would go back, id go back just for the view!!

  We went at 5pm on a Friday night in the summer. A few other smallish dogs were there with the regulars at the bar. The food was good, especially big shrimp. Service was attentive but the deck wasn't nearly full. Even our kids enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Left while a band was setting up. We were really hot, otherwise would have given the place 5 bones.

  beautiful view and excellent service

  Wonderful sports bar on clear lake. Dogs welcome on patio (except Rottweilers, chows, and pit bulls). They brought water without having to ask and prepared a plain grilled chicken breast on request. Excellent service and beautiful view of clear lake. Taylor was a wonderful waitress.
