  Awesome experience

  We live here full time but hadn't heard of this hidden jewel until we saw the reviews on BringFido.They welcome dogs on the patio area, which is fully covered. They brought the dog water. Attentive staff, friendly and efficient. Now for the important item: the food is GREAT! Everything we tried was attractively served, cooked to perfection and well portioned. If you need a place in McAllen/Mission area where you can dine with your dog, this is without a doubt the best choice! We are looking forward to another visit.

  Very cute restaurant

  first time here at mama’s Italian kitchen and pizzeria. the staff was fantastic, very attentive and kind. they gave the dogs water and a treat. the food is great and the atmosphere is even better. will definitely return next time I am in town

  WOW! AWESOME!

  I wish we could give Mamas 10 bones! Perfect outdoor space! My 3 chihuahuas were served fresh water in a dog bowl and grilled chicken for lunch! We all loved the friendly service and inviting space. As always, the food is authentic and delicious! Heather was a sweet and attentive server. We can’t wait to go back!

  We travel a lot and always looking for pup friendly places. This not only made our Orion happy, but the food was AMAZING!

  Súper PET Friendly

  THe staff was super friendly with our little Gizmo, they even gave him some treats! We had to sit out in the patio which was raining since it was raining. But overall coming back again

  Dogs welcomed!

  We sat in the outdoor deck. They welcomed my chihuahua with a waterbowl that had ice. The waitress mentioned that they love to have dogs over which made me feel comfy. The food was good, I ate a seafood linguine, & my dog ate the wiener of a chili cheese hot dog which he loved; I'm gonna throw my pooch a dog party next week here. Take your pooch out, you both will love it!

  Awesome place for pets!

  I did not know they allow pets here. They even bring out treats for your dog, so everyone can eat together.

  Feast With Fido!!

  They treated our two chihuahuas like royalty!! They put a water bowl (with ice) down for them. The food is wonderful and service is great. We feel so welcome with our pups! Will be back next vacation!!
