  Best huevos rancheros I’ve had in a long time. Easy patio seating on Route 66 with friendly service. Server even brought a bowl of water with ice for my pup.

  Kix is a hit!

  Water bowl right away. Special menu for pups very reasonably priced. Good selection of food for humans, too! Very friendly staff and glad to have pups visit.

  Great service

  We went her twice during our rt 66 trip east then west. They had a dog menu, which was nice to keep our pups occupied. Our children enjoyed eating on the patio as well. There are a lot of flies, but otherwise it was a nice quick place to stop and eat.

  Wonderful breakfast

  We had a great breakfast here, they even have a dog menu. Loved being on Rt66. Great service and atmosphere.

  Great stop!

  We stopped in for coffee...and our dog needed a break from the car. Our dog was greeted by the wait staff. We ordered off the doggie menu....chicken...Dog was happy! They filled our coffee mugs to go.

  Wish I had a chance...

  We planned our whole drive from Phoenix to Toronto based on finding dog friendly restaurants and things to do on the way, since we can't leave the dogs in the car. I wish we had a chance to experience this restaurant, but when we arrived, the person who worked there came outside as we were walking up and said "It's 1:55 and we close at 2 so we can't serve you". I told her we had come to Tucamcari and to Kix on 66 specifically because we read they were a place that welcomed dogs. She said sorry, but I kind of thought they could at least have offered us the dog treat, some water, and maybe something that didn't require cooking. I was really disappointed. it didn't occur to me to check the hours. I guess it's just a breakfast and lunch type of place.

  Great stopover

  Scout and I stopped here while traveling West and were greeted with water and a doggie menu (as well as human). Scout enjoyed her treat and I enjoyed mine. Great place to stop with Fido!

  Outside Seating with Doggie Menu

  We ate lunch here as we drove back from a two month trip to the SW and California. Food was great and looks like they have a really good breakfast menu. Great service on outside patio with tables that have umbrellas. They do have a doggie menu although our girls had already had enough snacks for the day.
