  Authentic and dog friendly

  Patio is dog friendly and has plenty of shaded areas. popular spot as the food is authentic and very good. expect a short wait at least.

  AMAZING

  Atmosphere and food was awesome! My friends and I spent hours here. We were asked if my dog wanted a bowl of water and the staff gave her so much love. (Which was refreshing because she is a pittie). Even surrounding dinner guests were coming over to pet her. She was content napping under the table. There were other dogs lounging around the outdoor seating. The host did a good job of seating everyone with dogs a little ways a way out of respect for the dogs. Food was great and margaritas were fantastic! Great place in Santa Fe plaza! Highly recommend!

  No longer dog friendly patio

  We arrived around 8:30pm and were told only service animals were allowed on the patio per NM laws. However, there are other Santa Fe restaurants which do have dog friendly patios even during Covid-19. And...I wish the host had offered to let us order take-out but he just turned us away. We were tired from a long drive and that would have been a friendly suggestion.

  Ears up during Covid-19

  Giving 4 bones because the food was good and I feel like the atmosphere normally would have been great. However, we were told dogs were currently not allowed due to the covid-19 pandemic. Service animals would still be permitted. We got take out and ate our food in a nearby park and still had an overall good experience.

  Great spot in the historic distruct

  Followed the crowd waiting to get in to the Shed when it opened at 11:00AM. We were welcomed to sit in the colorful patio with Toby. He made friends with the children sitting nearby. The food was excellent. We shared the taco plate with the hot and hotter green and red sauces. A local IPA took the heat off. Service was attentive even during this busy time. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommend.

  Great Environment

  The shed was a nice experience for me and German Shepard’s first time at a restaurant together. The waiter brought a bowl of water for her right away. Overall a nice place

  authentic New Mexico

  Small patio so be prepared to wait. But the margaritas were excellent and the staff is very dog friendly. Waiter brought our Lulu a bowl of cool water. She enjoyed the music from the safety of her carrier. Folks at table next to us - Santa Fe residents- told us this the best, most authentic New Mexican cuisine in town. Warning: consult the waiter if you don’t like spicy! Our water put our sauces on the side. Good move because one was HOT.

  love dogs

  Yes, it is a small patio but the staff and diners were very accommodating to our 120 lb Rottweiler. Lunch and dinner was terrific.

  Fantastic Margaritas

  It's my first time traveling and going out with my pups. They made us feel at home and the Margaritas were great!

  Great service and uber dog friendly

  We were there on a Saturday night and had to wait about an hour for table on the patio but it was well worth the wait. People waited even longer for inside. Waiter couldn't have been more dog nice. Ice water owl and several other wait staff came by to pet our two American Eskimos. One server even asked if he could bring them a bowl of boneless chicken. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening.

  Very small patio, not open in March

  Although the restaurant was highly recommended, we weren't able to try The Shed because they were not offering patio service.
