    Very Dog Friendly

This restaurant is very dog friendly on their mostly covered patio. The patio overlooks the water and has some roll down walls for questionable days. the food was ok. We ordered the pretzel, cheese curds, clam chowder and two salads one with chicken. Save your calories and skip the cheese curds.

Small menu but seriously dog friendly!

Want to feel like you're out on the ocean with your dog? Don't care if the menu is tiny as long as the beer selection is huge? Go here! There are only six patio tables so call ahead to see if they are busy.

    Poor management

Waited for close to an hour for an outdoor table, as we had a dog. We're told by one staff member that the next table was ours. When tables finally opened up, was told by another staff member to just give them time to clear and clean the tables. Once that was done, we were told by yet a third staff member that we couldn't get a table until we ordered (the first staff member to tell us this) and that it was a, basically, a crap shoot if we would be able to get an outdoor table or not. Oh, yes, and a family just lifted their child over the railing to touch all the tables and save them a place. No big loss for this place, I'm sure. But be warned if you come here with your dog. I can't rate the food, as we obviously left. Horrible business model and if be chickened about their disinfecting, as children can just roam around without supervision.

    Dog approved

I’ve been to Rogue in the past and this visit wasn’t top dog. Dog menu no longer available and when waitress put in “dog slider” result was a hamburger patty she brought on a glass plate. Open, covered outdoor seating was nice right on the water but just not as good as past visits

    Best Patio For Pups!

What could be better than awesome beer and a dog friendly patio on a pier?! Throw in amazing food and you have Rogue Ales Astoria Public House! We sat enjoying the water and the beer, listening to the sea lions and watching the seals swim around. All while hanging out with our pups! This is the perfect recipe for a great day!

    Covered patio

This is one of the very few places we found with a covered patio on a rainy weekend. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was just ok, nothing special.

Great Patio, Delicious Food, Excellent Service

We stopped here for dinner with our two dogs and 3-month old baby. The covered patio is dog-friendly (they even had treats for our dogs), the views were incredible, and the servers were excellent. We loved that they asked what type of beer we liked and then brought us tasters based on our individual preferences to help us choose what to order. The pulled pork pizza was one of the best pizzas I've ever had!

    GREAT location!

This was one of our favorite Astoria restaurants pre-dog. It's a great view, tasty food and relaxed atmosphere. Now that we have a dog who has severe separation anxiety, our restaurant options are limited. We LOVE that they allow dogs here and even have a dog menu!
