  Poofect Spot

  During our visit to our son at JMU, traveling with our three adorable Cockapoos, we relied on the Bring Fido app to find a pet-friendly spot. The recommendation led us to an incredible place that was perfect for our family of 7, both human and furry members alike. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, the beer selection was perfect, and the food was incredible. The delightful setting was an added bonus to our memorable experience.

  Very dog friendly!

  Pale Fire Brewing Company had a spacious outdoor patio, but we noticed dogs coming out from the indoor seating; and lo & behold they let us sit inside with our 3 rescue beagles! Today was windy, so sitting inside was great!! The Staff all seemed to love dogs. The menu was a teeny bit limited, but my husband’s meatball sub was “the best he’d ever had!” The Ciabatta bread made it great.

  Indoor and outdoor dog friendly. Good beer and food selection. Not fork and knife, but still good.
  Sat on the couch for an hour with my dog.
  Staff is stupidly obsessed with dogs.

  Wonderful spot

  My pup and I stopped in during a road trip. The staff is friendly, the beer and pizza is delicous, and your pup can hang inside. Both the patio and inside areas offer lots of room with plenty of seating options. Definitley stop in here.

  we had an awesome dinner with a very dog friendly outdoor seating, complete with a warm and friendly waitress and yummy food for us - and our two pups! great choice to relax after full day of driving. 5 paws review. 🐾

  Awesome space

  Dogs welcomed to join you inside for beer and delicious pizza. We sat on the couches in front of the Little Lending Library.

  Very Friendly

  Very friendly staff! Pizza was excellent (including a GF cauliflower crust one) and excellent beers. Patio gets shade in the evening and stays cool.

  Dog friendly porch

  Dogs are welcome on the outdoor porch. They have water bowls and treats too.
