    Great place!

Recommend the doggie chicken! Juicy and a lot... The doggie burger was just a bit rich for the babies... Lots of water bowls, lots of pets and the babies just hung out under the picnic table and the fan... We were here twice in a week and highly recommend! Human food was great too and babies loved the fries!

    Great little place!

The food was great and the staff was better! Our dog had all the love she could ever ask for and finished her time at Beachcomber with her own Doggie chicken breast.

    Nice lunch

After a morning at the beach, we stopped at Beachcombers and had some lunch. As soon as we sat down, they brought Daisy a big bowl of water which she really enjoyed, especially after all the salt water. We were not rushed and they took good care of all of his.

    Great food and super pet-friendly

This was one of our favorite places to go at St. Augustine Beach. whether you come for a beer or for food, there’s a place for you and your dog. You need to ask for water and bring your own dog bowl, but the staff is super friendly.

    Great Spot

Had a great lunch, gormet burgers were spot on. They treated us and our two large dogs well. There were a number of other diners with dogs as well. Had a nice time there. Will go again.

    Our kind of spot!

We were looking for a cool spot to get a bite before making our way to Charleston. Chose the Beachcomber and were happy we did! The staff is super friendly and attentive. The draft beer was icy cold and our lunch was delicious. Hubby had the Ahi tacos, I had grilled Trigger fish sandwich, and our daughter had the Buffalo shrimp Po’ Boy! All delicious and fresh. Our pup was given a bowl of cool water as she sat in the shade of our outdoor picnic table by the beach, all under cover and cool, steps from the beach. I highly recommend if you’re a beach bar lover!

    Dog heaven + 5

We ate here twice outdoor for lunch on vacation. The staff was friendly and brought fresh water for our German Shepherd (no bowl though, but we always travel w/ our own). Our family of 5 really enjoyed the scenery, service, and food! If you sit lower patio in sand area the kiddos can play in the sand w/ dog too! Wait times ranged 30-60 minutes.

toes in the sand? more like nose in the sand.

toes in the sand? more like nose in the sand. lots of amazing treasures to keep your dog entertained here - ask for a spot in the sand and be sure to tell your pup to try the sand fries (must dig lightly in sand). they have more water pitchers for dogs than they do for humans, which I view as an absolute pro move. for the humans: great drinks and reasonably priced food. 5 out of 5 bones.

    Great Deck For Pups!

Nice shaded deck for you and the pups. Food was good, they brought water for the dogs immediately and it is one of the only restaurants that is on the beach. Will be back!

    Beautiful location on the beach

The food was so great! Come empty because they aim to feed. Ask for a seat around the edge of the deck. Millie got down into the cool sand and rolled around non-stop. Very dog friendly!

    Beachside Dining

We walked down the beach to Beachcomber for a nice lunch. I had the fresh catch Rueben, which was great, and my husband had a cheeseburger, which he also enjoyed. Fries were good also. They had several bowls for fur family and got our pet a nice bowl of cold water as soon as we were seated.

    Good Location, Slow Service

We stopped here for lunch after a walk on the beach. We were seated quickly but waited 10 minuets for a waiter to come and ask us what we wanted to drink. A couple other people got up and left. I think they didn’t have enough help that afternoon. They did bring out a bowl of water for the puppy. Our food was delicious and the puppy got lots of attention.

    One of our favorite spots

This place is great for a good meal and a walk on the beach with your pup. My boyfriend and I went here on a date and to take our Husky puppy to the beach. The staff was friendly and brought water with ice chips (his favorite) for our puppy. The food was also excellent and it’s just steps from the sand.

Great spot for me and the pup!

Casual outdoor deck is pup-friendly. The host brought us a bowl of water and everyone was very friendly to my dog. Nice menu at this deck at the entrance to the beach on A street. Would definitely recommend for those who want to share happy hour or a meal with their pup!
