  It truly is dog friendly!

  They even have a doggie menu. 2/3 of the dinner crowd sitting on the patio has at least 1 furry friend. Menu and local micro brews are wonderful!

  Great place to bring your pup for dinner. First time here and grateful that they had outdoor seating with heating lamps for us to stay warm on a cold November night!

  Great location, never got to try.

  Tried three times over a beautiful, sunny weekend to go there for a meal. Two times the outdoor seating had people, but we were told it was closed, third time a sign on the front door said they weren’t seating outside (it was already 70 degrees and sunny at noon) and there was a dog tied out front to a bench. We went down the road and enjoyed a nice meal at Beef & Ski instead. Menu here looked delicious, disappointed that over the course of three days and as many attempts it didn’t work out.

  Service and food was wonderful! They even cooked a simple plain chicken breast for our picky pup! We will definitely be back!

  First restaurant for our pup

  Great experience for our pups first time dining out. Hostess and staff were very welcoming and even brought a bowl of water to our table for our pup. Build your own burger was quite tasty too! We will definitely make a return trip.

  Took our two little dogs out on the patio. Food was great and management even came out to pet our dogs and check to make sure we were satisfied.

  The outside patio area was nice and the hostess and waitress were very nice. Brought the puppies a bowl of water as soon as we sat down. Food was great too! Thank you for accommodating families traveling with dogs!!

  Good Location

  A good fence helps to disguise the fact that the patio is near the parking lot. Food was good and they brought out a bowl of water for our dog. Would definitely visit again.

  Pups first vacation

  We took our pup with us on her first vacation and unfortunately the weather was not so good. Rainy and chilly but decided to give The Black Cap Grille a try as they were dog friendly. Called ahead to make sure they could still seat us on the patio with our pup due to the rain and they said they would. They greeted us right away and we were all settled in with a bowl of water for the pup quickly. Food and drinks were very good. We were happy with our choice to visit here and will be back in the future (hopefully on a nicer day) with our pup.

  What a great place! Our two dogs were very welcomed there and our waitress immediately gave them dishes of water and gave them lots of attention. Excellent food as well!

  Disappointed- they wouldn't accommodate our pooch

  Their website said the patio was open, yes it was a chilly day - but it is covered and we asked them to accommodate us. They said no, wouldn't do it. Said come back when the weather is warmer, hard to do when you are hungry and in town for one day. Suggested they let us sit out there because the website said it was open, again no dice. Glad the Flatbread place 2 miles away was more accommodating. If I'm back in North Conway with my dog, you still won't get my business.

  We were very pleased to find a nice place for lunch that our fur baby was welcome. They brought her a fresh bowl of water on arrival. Our dinner was very good...yummy clan chowder. Would definitely recommend.

  Had a great lunch with our two dogs on the patio, Staff was great and had a bowl of water waiting when we sat down they even made sure it would be ok to seat another couple with 2 dogs nearby. Food was excellent.
