  Fabulous!

  Ate out on the patio with our Kizzie. I didn’t know it, but they have a pup menu that is free! Kizzie got a bowl of water, a good sized hamburger patty, and a large pup cup all on the house!
  I got the hamburger sliders ($15.99) that had an onion ring, cheese and coleslaw on them. I’m telling you those burgers were delicious! My hubby got their Legendary Burger ($17.99) that had cheese, an onion ring and bacon with a different kind of sauce and their seasoned fries. Great place to take your pup and get a good meal!

  What an AMAZING experience for our little girl Jules ! Not only was she welcomed and loved on by the staff but she also had her own menu for her complimentary dinner. We hope everyone has a great experience like our family did

  We had such a great time here. Our food was good, nothing spectacular - BUT our dog was loved and doted on. She also got a burger from their DOG MENU!

  Perfect Spot for the Babies!

  Can't believe we waited so long to try this location. Absolutely cater to the dogs on the patio with their own complimentary menu. You know the pooches are welcome as there is a sign posted on the porch. Our food was practically & we were actually shocked at the quality. Best NY Strip I've had and that's including all the fancy steakhouses I've been to! This is the best meal we've had in the area & normally we don't even care for Hard Rock. Cannot recommend these folks enough!

  Pup Patty!

  They welcomed our boy and were so friendly. He loved his pup patty (which is complimentary for good boys and girls) and the petting he received. Would definitely recommend.

  Ample outdoor seating!

  This restaurant offers the largest area for dining with your pet that we have ever seen! Great service and delicious food. Tasia even had her own doggy menu! Will definitely visit again.

  Treated like royalty

  Our dog, Howie, was treated like a king. He loved it and so did we. The Hostess came right back with ice water for him in a big bowl and then after we were served our food they came back with a freshly cooked meat patty for Howie. Our waitress was very friendly to us and Howie -and she brought dessert of whipped cream for Howie. All of Howie’s food was complimentary!

  They have a great locked in patio and are very accommodating for your pups. Our dog got her own water bowl and a puppy pattie.

  Very Dog Friendly

  The staff were all so sweet. Sometimes at restaurants we feel like our dogs are a burden, but that was not the case here! Both of our dogs got puppy patties for dinner and whipped cream for dessert. It was a great experience!

  Very dissatisfied

  my husband and I went with our two GSD’s and were told we would have to order to-go because they didn’t have anyone to wait on us because of the dogs. so very disappointed

  Very Dog Friendly

  They have outdoor seating specifically for dogs and their parents. It is gated in case they get loose. They bring out a bowl of water and a treat for your fur baby!

  Nice outdoor seating

  On a recent trip, we stopped for lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe, as they advertise they are pet frfriendly. They seemed short staffed and we had to wait until more employees came to work so they could open patio seating. Our server wasn't overly friendly, and we had to ask for water and a puppy patty. We had a decent meal, but paid for the name. The area in general isn't very dog friendly, so we were happy to find somewhere that was.

  Great Experience!

  It can be stressful finding somewhere to take the pups to eat, especially when you have two big pups! They were super friendly and brought water for the pups and even let them roam around unleashed in the patio area. We felt very comfortable being here and didn’t feel like a burden to the staff plus the food was AMAZING. Definitely will go again!!

  Don't leave the dog in the cabin/hotel

  Love that they are pet friendly. Usually we have to take the dog back to the hotel and then leave to eat but with HRC we didn't. Pets are welcomed on the patio. The minute we sat the waitress came over with a bowl of ice water for my pup. The food is good and yes a little pricey but that's because you are paying for the 'experience'. Loved being able to go to eat and having my dog with me.

  This restaurant could accommodate your pets but the hostess was the only friendly person we dealt with and the wait staff wasn’t friendly at all. the food was just ok. I would not return. There are too many better options in the area that allow pets.

  Awesome doggy treatment

  They were so friendly and accommodating. Jesse our server went above and beyond to make sure we and our fur babies were well taken care of. And we have 2 great danes so that's saying something! Great place to have good food, great service and loved sitting out on the patio watching everything happening around us. Definitely will be back and highly recommend.

  The restaurant itself is super dog friendly! Our server was totally not a dog person. Our server never spoke to him. She really left a bad taste in my mouth! Two other staff members came out and gushed over him. They brought our dog his water before we even got our drinks 😂.

  Dog treated well

  As soon as we were seated they provided water to our pup. Inside greeter at the door was not very friendly. Bartenders work the "dog tables," as it was referred to by greeter. Everyone who came to our table was friendly.

  This is a great location and a great chain. Very pet friendly. Nice enclosed patio. Just they don’t serve Coke.

  We were met at the door. The outside area has railing all the way around so your dog cannot run off. Staff very friendly! Brought out two dog bowls of water! We will defintely be back!

  Super Dog Friendly!

  Hostess saw us coming in and immediately took us to a table on their patio. Brought water dishes, treats, and collars (used to attach dog's leashes to the table). Very dog friendly. They had the bartender wait on us, as she has a bunch of dogs and is cool with dogs. Food was just ok, but fun to dine with the pets.

  Dog friendly is an understatement! My boxers were treated like the guests of honor. Not only did the waitress bring TWO dog bowls of water and greet my dogs, they had probably 6 other employees come to visit and say hello. They really made sure we all had a great experience!

  Was a great experience with our puppy. The waitstaff brought him a treat, an actual dog bowl of water and a strap that attaches his leash to table. When I went inside, I noticed on the counter a adopt a dog campaign . When these folks say dog friendly, they mean it.

  Dog-Friendly Hard Rock Cafe

  Honestly feel like a Rock Star here with a dog!! Greeted and given a milkbone, bowl with water, and a tether for her. Every rocker who walked by greeted Maisy and loved on her. Outside the music isn't as loud, so better for their ears too. Had such a great time here!

  Everyone came out and talked to our Riley like he was a guest of honor. He got a bowl of water, a doggie biscuit and lots of attention. People food was great also. Highly recommend Hard Rock.

  Outstanding!

  Great service for both pet and owner! Brought water bowl and treat for pet and had hook on table for dog leashes. Even gave a to go cup for owner and pet. Best restaurant in the smokies!
