Beer was great, brunch was bomb, and back patio is great to bring the pup.

Brues was the perfect late lunch spot for us after strolling along the Riverwalk. They were very accommodating of our dog on their very large covered patio (and there is more outside deck space on the upper level) and the bottom floor is completely ADA accessible to boot. My husband was able to wheel me right to our table. The food was amazing as was the beer of course, and I'd encourage everyone to visit this spot for lunch or dinner! PS - try the Avocado Tacos - even if you aren't vegan!

The food here was amazing and they were very accommodating of our dogs. The tables outside on the patio were well-spaced so our pups weren't crowded and our server brought out dog waters.

I had high hopes for this place after all the glowing reviews. I showed up with my 2 dogs on a cool, sunny day and sat at a table on the downstairs patio. No one came out. I tried to scan the QR on the table to see if I could order to the table without luck. After a good 20 minutes (I'm patient), I decided to go up to the second floor beer garden where I'd seen signs saying to order from the table. I sat at a table, scanned the QR code and was given the option of 4 appetizers. That's it. No meals. No beer. Finally, I called the restaurant. I asked if there was a way to order beer to the beer garden. The man told me no, but he would have servers up there next month hopefully. He invited me to come order at the bar downstairs and take it out to the patio. I asked if there was a way to order from outside downstairs because I was alone with my two dogs. He replied "No." That's it. I waited. He had nothing else to say. No suggestions, no offers of assistance, no apologies. I thanked him for his time and hung up.
Not what I'd call good customer service.

We are visiting from Texas and wanted a place to bring our Golden. for lunch while passing through. We were seated in the shade and our server brought a bowl of water immediately. Service was good and the food as well. Would highly rec

Great overall restaurant, very accommodating to our party of 8 humans and 2 puppers! Food was delicious!

The patio is great, right on the riverwalk. They immediately gave us a bowl of water for our dog. There is a station with bags to clean up if needed.

Great location. There was a storm but they turned on light on the patio grabbed a water bowl and brought it out for our pup.
- KitaOct 12, 2018Love this place!
Their patio right on the Riverwalk is lovely. We were immediately welcomed with our dog and quickly provided a bowl of ice water. The food and beer is great! Try the Slopper. It's a burger smothered in green chili and is apparently a specialty in the area. We will definitely stop by again next time we pass through.
- GingerMore than a year ago"Friendly Dog" Patio
They advertise their "friendly dog" patio and have great shaded patio seating on the river walk. We were seated with our dog on a warm day and received a dog bowl with ice water before we could even ask for water. Relaxing place for food and drinks.
