Verde is a small, local restaurant that offers a variety of Mexican fusion dishes using ingredients from local farmers and producers. Verde offers several dog-friendly outdoor seating options, just keep in mind that no alcohol is allowed outside. You'll find a wide variety of options on their menu as well as several dishes that cater to vegetarian and gluten free diets. For starters, they offer dishes like the Ahi Tostada which features seared rare ahi in a corn tostada with pico de gallo, local greens, and their signature aioli. Verde also offers several kinds of tacos, sopapillas, and burritos. The signature dishes include the Stacked Enchilada which is comprised of three corn tortillas layered with cheese and red or green chille sauce with your choice of carne pork adovada, Makaweli Kaua'i beef, or citrus marinated chicken.
