Big Island locals and visitors searching to ease those hunger pangs with some good old fashioned American comfort food will be happy they found the Honolulu Burger Company, home to juicy handcrafted burgers, a chill atmosphere, and outdoor seating that welcomes dogs. Using locally sourced beef, pork, and produce, HBC allows patrons the opportunity to build a custom burger, or sink their teeth into specialty creations like the Loco Moco, Kalua Pig, Mocah Java, and the Aloha Elvis. Toss in one of eight flavors of fries to complete the meal. Outdoor tables are limited, so call ahead to ensure a spot with Fido. Honolulu Burger Company is open Monday through Thursday from 10:30am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday from 10:30am to 10pm, and 10:30am to 8pm on Sunday.
