This funky eatery takes pride in using sustainable ingredients sourced from local farmers (including their own farm, Mint Kauai!) They use no preservatives or artificial flavors or colors, and reduce, reuse, and recycle whenever possible. Take a seat at one of their four outdoor tabes and enjoy either brunch or dinner seven days a week. Art Cafe Hemingway even has vegetarian and vegan menus, for customers with dietary restrictions.
