Merriman?s Waimea is consisently voted "best big island restaurant," and is Chef Peter Merriman?s flagship restaurant in this local farm-to-table chain. The lunch menu features lighter fare like soups, salads, and sandwiches. At dinner, choose from wok-charred ahi tuna, macadamia-nut crusted mahi mahi, waipo taro enchiladas, Kahua Ranch lamb, or Hawaiian butcher's cut filet of beef. Save room for a cup of French-pressed Kona coffee and a sampler of three Merriman's delectable desserts.
