Taste is a casual, neighborhood restaurant in Hobe Sound. The restaurant is locally owned and has four outdoor tables that are dog friendly. They serve lunch and dinner with menus that features several house made dishes. On the lunch menu you'll find Mrs. Peter's Smoked Fish Dip appetizer, the Savannah Gorgonzola House Specialty salad, and the Chowder of the Day. Other local favorites are the Crab Cake on Kaiser and the French Dip Au Jus. The dinner menu several entrees but the special is the prime rib which is served every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. They also serve the chef's famous Chicken Pot Pie every Thursday. Happy hour is hosted at the bar every Monday throgh Saturday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Taste hosts live music, too.
