Salt Rock Tavern serves delicious bar and grill eats in a modern, inviting setting that welcomes well-behaved dogs at outside tables. Savor a menu of classic American comfort food such as clams casino, shrimp cocktail, sweet heat Buffalo wings, steakhouse wedge salads, bacon burgers, Italian sausage flatbread, crispy grouper sandwiches, New Orleans pasta, filet mignon, and for dessert, hot apple pie and salted caramel brownies. Wash down the meal with wine, cocktails, or selection from the 20 taps of craft beer. Dogs can sit with their owners at one of the eight tables in the covered outdoor seating area. Salt Rock Tavern is open Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 10pm, Friday 4pm to 11pm, Saturday noon to 11pm, and Sunday 10am to 9pm.

We visited Salt Rock Tavern for the first time on New Year's Eve with Penny. The outside patio is small but wasn't crowded. Our waitress was super friendly and brought a water bowl and we were able to order grilled chicken for a very reasonable cost. Great tasting food and service was a bonus! We'll return based on our experience.
