Located at the luxurious Hilton Ocala Hotel, Arthur's American Bistro serves award-winning cuisine in a graceful, relaxed atmosphere that features dog-friendly outside tables. Lucky diners can feast on innovative breakfast, lunch, and dinner favorites that include steak and eggs, smoked salmon platters, malted Belgian waffles, ahi tuna sashimi, rock shrimp flatbread, braised BBQ pork burgers, jumbo scallops, bistro crab chowder, rack of lamb, blackened Gulf grouper, herb roasted half chicken, and filet mignon. Complement the meal with a glass or bottle of vino from the extensive wine selection. Dogs are welcome in the small outdoor seating area. Arthur's American Bistro is open 6:30am to 11pm seven days a week.
