Lucy Ho's Azu was very pet friendly!
The limited outdoor seating was far outweighed by the friendly atmosphere to our two Boston Terrier Mixes. Three members of the staff visited our dogs and one of them brought water to them as we ate dinner. Fifty years ago , when my wife and I were dating, we enjoyed outstanding oriental food. Last night we had the same experience! It is worth the visit!

Tried it and....
Not the best environment to sit. Dirty sidewalk with parking lot. Terrible service, actually the worst. Would not recommend
