Dogs are welcome at several outdoor tables at this local diner that is popular for its hearty breakfasts. Trip's Diner serves lunch and dinner, too. At breakfast, choose from build-your-own omelets with a side of cheese grits, plates of stacked pancakes, an order of eggs Benedict with fruit, biscuits topped with gravy, and egg platters with toast, grits, and your choice of bacon, sausage, or Canadian bacon. At lunch and dinner, the menu features sandwiches, hamburgers and fries, pasta dishes, fried chicken, and steak dinners.
