The Greek Place
Sit at one of the several outdoor tables that welcome dogs at The Greek Place. This dog-friendly Surfside restaurant serves healthy, Mediterranean cuisine. Start off the meal with house-made hummus served with wedges of pita bread, or an order of grape leaves stuffed with rice and fresh herbs. For the main course, choose one of the grilled platters served with rice and a Greek salad. Options include gyro (thinly-sliced grilled lamb meat), steak souvlaki (skewers), chicken kabobs, salmon, and NY strip steak. All menu items are also available for takeout or delivery. The Greek Place is open Monday - Saturday from 11am until 8pm.

The hummus appetizer was perfect. My dog was welcome and it's nice that they have about 6 tables really covered, so it's a little cooler than the regular ones we've found on sidewalks. Not fancy, but nice place.
