  Great location

  Always a good meal here. Only 4 patio tables for dogs but mid day never a problem getting one. Close to everything.

  Great service. Great food and tasty brews. We sat outside at the shaded tables with our German shepherd Britta. She had her bowl of water brought by our server. Loved the salmon BLT

  Five Bones for the Six Pence!

  This is an iconic location in Savannah, and I was thrilled to find it was dog friendly. They sat us outside and brought water for our dogs (we used our own travel bowls) and treated us very well. The food was great and the atmosphere of the Six Pence was not dampened by being seated outside.

  SUCH a quaint cute British pub!

  The table are on the sidewalk but it didn't feel overly crowded or congested ever. Waitress was so welcoming to us and the pups. We were there mid April and did have to wait but it wasnt bad- maybe 20 mins. Worth it! So neat that it's where the movie Something to Talk About with Dennis Quaid and Julia Roberts was filmed. I remembered the scene right when it got mentioned. Fun to feel like you're in a tiny corner of London in the middle of Savannah!

  Delicious Shepherd’s Pie & Dog Friendly

  We enjoyed a nice lunch with our large goldendoodle Kash at Six Pence. The Shepherd’s Pie was fantastic! They brought a water bowl out for our dog & we’re very dog friendly. There are only a few outdoor tables but it’s well worth the wait.

  Great food, service and dog-friendly patio

  The food was really good with lots of vegetarian options. Our dog was welcomed and sat very happily with us at the outdoor table.

  Perfect place to grab a bite

  Last stop for our day and it was the best! This was our pups first time at a restaurant and our server made it wonderful! She brought him water gave him cuddles and even snapped some photos of him for their Instagram. And for the humans, drinks and a hardy meal to end the day! We will be back again!

  Place for the Pups!

  Six Pence was a 5 out of 5 fur sure. Our black lab Tito got the same amazing service we did. Paige was our waitress and did a wonderful job, very attentive! Food, atmosphere, service, all perfect. We come here every time we visit Savannah and will do so again. Thank you Six Pence!

  Wonderful Place For Lunch

  This family of 5 puppy stopped in Savannah for lunch!! Service was wonderful and the food was great. All tables were shaded. They were just lovely to our Lilo, giving her a full icy bowl of water and a “pup cup” of whip cream! STOP HERE! You won’t be disappointed!

  Very friendly and food was good

  My husband and I had a half hour to kill and decided to stop by for a pint. The staff were very friendly and made a fuss over our dog. We ended up splitting a Rueben sandwich and we were happy with our choice. Would visit again.

  Great pub!

  Brought our german Shepherd because the reviews said dog friendly. Our Korra loved the dog treats the staff brought and got her own water bowl. She also enjoyed the bangers and mash I snuck her. 🤫
  The food is yummy and the staff friendly. Highly recommend!

  good food , dog lovers

  It’s a great place to relax, nice ambience in heart of Savannah . Food delicious .. order the baked Brie as an appetizer . Yum! Shepherds pie was delicious ! Only drawback was the weather . It started to pour so we had to get it to go . Can’t bring the pup inside ! Would recommend as long as weather holds :) staff was amazing and very sweet to our rescue pup Lola.

  Good Service; Great Service

  My fiancé, our dogs and I had a delightful but unplanned Valentines Day dinner here. I was shocked at how empty it was! We were able to choose our table outside. The hostess quickly brought out menus and a large bowl of water for the dogs. Melissa was our waitress and she is fantastic! We had the scotch eggs, bangers and mash, and beef Guinness. Everything was fantastic! The hostess came out and said hi to our dogs as we waited for our food. And our dogs became very popular with passers by. We even were pointed out on a carriage tour!

  My only compliant is that I wished for an outdoor heater as the night was a little cool. But it wasn't unbearable and we certainly didn't rush our meal because of it! All four of us recommend Six Pence!

  Extremely pleasant lunch

  We ran across Six Pence while walking Savannah's squares with our two dogs, a beagle and a GSP puppy. The experience could not have been better: there are 3 quiet and shaded outdoor tables with plenty of room for dogs to settle in. The servers doted on our pups and brought them water before we could even ask. The food was great and the service was excellent. We will go out of our way to come back next time we are in town.

  An annual dinner

  We were back again last night to eat a great meal with Miss Grace at our side. Outside table so she can "visit" withte passer bys Flounder is to die for.
